EJK & Sons Construction has been a family owned business in Arizona for more than 30 years. In 1987 Ed built his parents a home in Moon Valley, where he grew up after moving here from Staten Island, New York. The next year he completed his own home just down the street. From there it flourished and he began building out Subway shops, as he was the owner of the 4th Subway in Arizona. He then went on to open and run 11 subways in Arizona. 

Throughout the years Ed has owned Chevron gas stations, Southwest Garage Door Cabinets, was the CEO for Precision Garage Doors, developed a commercial shopping center and also ran and operated a Sports Bar in North Phoenix. Ed’s experience in the business world has given him the knowledge, proficiency, countless contacts, and creative mindset to help you navigate your way through any construction process. 

EJK & Sons Construction would not be complete without Ed’s two sons, Edward the III and Nicholas Peppino. Both sons have worked alongside their father since a young age. They have worked their way up from laborer’s to supervisors from learning how to read plans to meeting inspectors in the field. It is truly a family business day in and day out. 

Another person who is a core part of EJK & Sons Construction is Ed’s right-hand man, Brian. Brian has been a part of the team for over a decade and brings structure, diligence, and reliability to the team. He is from Wichita, KS where he was a firefighter for over twenty years. Ed and Brian consider themselves brothers and have a great relationship in and out of the workplace.
